How does this work?
Enter your address, date, and any contribution choices to schedule your pickup. Use the directions/comments section to give specific instructions for the driver Place your baggage outdoors in a secure location by 8 a.m. on the day of your scheduled pickup. Between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The driver will pick up your bags, identify them, and transport them to our counting facility. Once counted your account will be updated with your new balance and counts. Request a Direct Deposit to redeem your balance. Every step along the journey, you'll be notified! Requested, collected, tallied, and deposited!
Can I drop my containers off to you?
WE value your time that's why we pick up the containers and deposit the money, allowing you to do other things with your time.
Is there a minimum number of containers?
Please have approximately 500 containers if you have smaller bags.
How do I get my money?
We'll make the deposit when you give us your BSB and account number.
What condition do my containers have to be in to be eligible?
Your containers should be empty, unbroken and in reasonable condition. Wine, spirits, cordial and plain milk containers are generally not eligible. If a container isn’t eligible for a refund, please use a recycling bin.
How can I choose who gets my refund if I choose to donate it?
We will guide you to the preferred charity organisation that could benefit from your refund.
Do you offer commercial pickup services?
Yes, we certainly do! The majority of businesses will find that our rates are lower than those offered by most commercial recycling programs. We provide a number of pickup choices on a regular basis. Simply select the required pickup frequency when arranging your next pickup. You can arrange pickups on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis. If there are any specific lock codes or areas that our drivers require access to, make sure to include them in the directions and comments box.
Is it possible to schedule pickups on a regular basis?
Yes, we provide both one-time and recurring pickups; we'll schedule additional pickups for the same day of the week multiplied by the number of times you'd like them to happen (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly). The recurrent scheduling will come to an end if you cancel your next pickup.
What if I need the containers picked up at a specified time?
We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule. When creating a pickup, include specifics in the comments box.
Do you pick up from flats?
Certainly! To make your pickup go as smoothly as possible, we only need access to your building's recycling room. Please inform your building management company that you are interested in our services. For the entire building, setup is simple and convenient!
